Stages

  1. Awareness — they know you exist. What signal counts here?
  2. Interest — they've reached out, or asked a question. Where does this conversation start?
  3. Qualification — you've confirmed they're a good fit and you're a good fit for them. What questions do you ask?
  4. Proposal — you've put numbers on the table. What's in your standard proposal?
  5. Closed — they've said yes (or no). What's recorded either way?
